All reservations require a minimum two night stay, with the exception of the following holidays when we ask for a minimum three night stay:
- Christmas
- New Year
- Easter
To confirm a booking, we require a deposit of one night’s accommodation.
Full payment is required 14 days prior to your arrival.
If you cancel all or part of your reservation or require any other changes, we must receive advance notice.
If you cancel up to 14 days prior to check-in, we will refund you your deposit.
If you cancel within 14 days prior to check-in, there is no refund.

When we take a booking from you we collect personal information from you, including information about your:
- name
- contact information
- payment information
We collect your personal information in order to supply you with your booking at our place, and take payment related to that. Besides our staff, we share this information with payment providers in order to process your payment. Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to pass on information that we require in order to take a booking, we’ll be unable to have you stay with us.
